A sticker doesn't ask permission before it links you somewhere. Neither do we. Signal acquired, transmission follows below.
The code printed under your barcode isn't decorative and it isn't checked against a database somewhere — there is no server here. It's the actual passphrase to a real encryption key. Type it in exactly as printed. Wrong key, hard mathematical no.
VOID STATE isn't a store that also has a Discord. It's the reverse: a signal that occasionally prints itself onto fabric so it can survive outside a browser tab.
The stickers went up dark and reflective on purpose. In daylight they're nothing — a black rectangle, easy to miss. Under headlights, phone flash, streetlight, they throw back an oil-slick color that isn't really there. That's the whole thesis. Most of what's true about a signal only shows up when something else is lighting it.
No app. No camera trick. Just a barcode, a number, and whoever was paying enough attention to type it in by hand.
"you keep asking where the community is, like it has to be somewhere. it's not a place. it's just everyone who noticed the sticker wasn't advertising anything, and got curious about that instead."
The original run. Single-color, screen-print only — nothing about it exists as a file you can just download and reproduce.
Same vinyl as the ones on the street. Holographic under direct light, flat black otherwise. Not sold — only ever placed or handed off.
Unannounced. Access holders get the coordinates first. Everyone else gets the barcode when it's already gone.
We're not going to hand you a map — that defeats the entire premise of a sticker you had to physically walk past to find. What we will say: there are more of them than you've seen, they aren't finished going up, and the ones already placed don't all link here anymore.
